Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. You may return to the guest house anytime you want.
But if you will return after 11pm please inform us.

What is provided in the room?
The room has a futon, blanket, heater, etc.
Only the minimum of equipment is provided in the room.
There is no television or telephone. |

Is there a single room?
It is possible for you to use a twin room as a single room.
The charge is 4800yen per night.

It is possible only in the twin rooms. |

Is it possible to use a personal computer?
Yes, it is possible to use a personal computer. We have a wireless LAN that is free of charge. We also provide a computer for customers to use for free in the common space.

Can we use the shower any time we want?
Yes, the shower service is available 24 hours.

Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a daily store (convenience store) next to our guest house. (8:00am – 22:00pm)
And there is Seven-Eleven and FamilyMart within 5 minutes of the guest house.

Is it possible to keep my luggage in the room while I am out?
Yes, it is possible but the dormitory room doesn't have a lock, so it is the customer's responsibility to watch their valuables.

Are meals offered?
Breakfast service: 8 to10am
Toast, salad, boiled egg, and drink (coffee, tea, or juice): 400 yen
Coffee, tea and orange juice: 200 yen
There is a Japanese style restaurant on the first floor by the entrance. |

Is there a parking lot?
We don't provide parking service but there are coin parking lots around the guest house.

Sorry, credit cards are not accepted. Cash payment only.

Is the room non-smoking?
Smoking is only allowed in the common space.
The rooms are all non-smoking.

Is the restroom and the shower room together?
The restroom and shower room are separate.
Both are located in the building but not in the rooms.
We only provide a shower. There is no bath tub.

Is there a kitchen so that we can cook food for ourselves?
Unfortunately, we do not have a kitchen but we do provide a refrigerator. |

We would appreciate it if you inform us 5 days before the reservation date, if you wish to cancel.
Please understand, it is a small hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
If you do not inform us 5 days before the reservation date, we will charge a cancellation fee.
• 4 days before reservation: 20%
• 3 days before: 30%
• 2 days before: 40%
• 1 day before: 50%
• same day as reservation or no cancellation report: 100%
